Have you ever been so emotional? Welcome to my day..

So much going on my Mom who is a cancer survivor for over 10 years just got told they think the cancer is back, while she’s been being treated for heart issues.

The pigeon our family adopted that had only one working wing got hit in front of our house and passed away after caring for him for some months. I still talk to him like he’s there.. The day after he passed a jet black pigeon was in our backyard gated enclosure- no one saw him except me he visited me two times that night and was never seen again.

Finding a new location to move our Keto Bakery into has consumed my life.. countless tours, inquiries, offers, and time wasted. Not to mention contractors bidding the build out of those spaces jobs from like $250-$600,000 .. not money we have.

So emotional all the while and still need to keep a level head -develop new recipes, bake, cashier, order all inventory needs, make payroll, pay the bills, help guests, run the social media/website/ and App. Try to have personal time..

We are on the cusp of taking this Keto journey to the next level which is the moon and ✨ Stars… imagine having the first Ketogenic + Gluten Free + Sugar/Artificial Sweetener Free + Zero Seed oils restaurant open in Las Vegas? We are so so close, it’s within grasp but there’s some reason all of these locations didn’t work out.
