Keto Bakery moving to new location

Is it just me or in random times do song lyrics start playing in your mind that fit the moment ?

I’m sorry but i’ve never been much of a Tom Petty fan even though I had one of his cassette tapes in the 80s.. “ Waiting is the hardest part” has been my theme song for at-least the last week or more.

We made our fourth formal offer for a new location each of the first three locations weren’t meant to be we will leave it at that, lol.

So this time i’m more in love than the first 3 I thought I was in love with, BUT the listing agent left out of the country the day after we toured the location and now we have to wait weeks for him to return home to hear back on the letter of intent we submitted to the landlord. Every time the phone rings or I get a text I hope it’s our agent telling us she has some news but for now i’m on the edge of my seat with butterflies in my stomach.

This location is literally my dream space, it’s got all the bones of a classic vintage diner you would find in the L.A area and tons of parking as well. It will take some work to turn it into the Gluten Free place of my day dreams but, hard work and plenty of dreams are what got us here in the first place.
